A Space Education and Research Organization
About Us
BrianSpace is a space education, research, and technology organization dedicated to making knowledge of space science and technology accessible to everyone — especially across Africa and other under-served regions of the world.
We believe that space exploration is not just for a few nations or professionals but for all humanity. Through education, innovative research, and practical technology development, BrianSpace empowers students, educators, and early-career scientists to participate in the global space ecosystem.
Our work focuses on creating inclusive learning opportunities, mentorship programs, and collaborative projects that connect communities to the frontier of space science. By bridging the gap between curiosity and capability, we aim to inspire the next generation of space thinkers, engineers, and explorers who will shape the future of our planet and beyond.
Vision
To create a world where every community — regardless of geography or resources — can contribute to and benefit from space exploration.
Mission
To expand access to space education, foster innovation, and promote scientific collaboration across Africa and other underserved regions of the globe.
Effort 1
Creating a strong public education about the components of the space around our planet, Earth. Our Outreach programs are designed to achieve this goal.
Effort 2
Carrying out fundamental research in space sciences, especially in the areas of interest such as solar-terrestrial physics and allied fields of study.
Effort 3
Bridging the gap between space enthusiasts (undergraduates and graduates) in Africa and mentors/collaborators outside Africa. See some opportunities here.
Effort 4
Encouraging and enhancing the design and development of ground- and space-based space data collection instruments and databases.
